Victorian Townhouse in friendly street

Our home is over 3 floors with an enclosed rear garden. It is over 100 years old but we have modernised it whilst keeping period details. There are two comfortable reception rooms plus a kitchen/diner which leads on to the south-facing patio. There are two open fireplaces for colder days as well as central heating. The bedrooms all sleep two and there is a sofabed downstairs.

About the location

A search for Aldershot online may throw up a dated, negative & unfair site..I hope you will look a little deeper and see that the town is rich in history (Winston Churchill learned to ride here), within reach of beautiful countryside and next door to such gems as Farnham Castle, Waverley Abbey and the historic cities of Guildford & Winchester. The train station with a direct line into central London is 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of shops, well known restaurants & independents & cafés as well as a local cinema. Our street is full of history itself and we have lovely neighbours.
