The apartment is a fully renovated 2BR, located on the 4th floor of a typical 1900 Parisian building.
It has a nicely furnished large living room w/ a fully equiped open kitchen.
The living room includes a large flat screen TV, DVD player and fast WIFI access.
The kitchen incudes a large oven, refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher.
The 1st bedroom has a double bed, a flat screen TV and a large closet.
The 2nd bedroom has a kids bed and a convertible sofa. We sometimes close it when exchanging home with a couple without kids.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, a washer and a drier.

About the location

Located in a very central location, between Bastille and Gare de Lyon filled with restaurants, shops and markets. The Opera is only a few minutes away.
Our apartment is close to all amenities and several Metro station (1, 14, 8, 5).
