Our house is situated within a beautiful community, which includes gardens, sitting area and a large swimming pool. The house has two patios and large balcony, ideal for barbecues and relaxing in the sun. Every amenity is within easy walking distance including La Zenia beach which is 10 minuets walk from the house. The nearest town is Torrevieja but within easy driving distance there is Orihuela and Murcia. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation or wish to discover inland Spain, with all it's fascinating cultures, our house is well placed for either type of holiday.

About the location

There are three golf courses which are 10 minuets drive away. The area we live in is La Zenia, Orihuela Costa. Most people speak English mainly due to the fact many English live along the coast. The nearest town is Torrevieja but within easy driving distance there is Orihuela and Murcia.Torrevieja still retains it's Spanish feel. Although it has a multi cultural society and is a tourist area during the summer months. It has a pretty church square where the locals meet and the children play after school. A very nice night market where you can obtain crafted items. It is essential to walk along the sea front in Torrevieja, where the landscape has been architectural designed to accommodate recreational areas.
