Our home is a 1960's semi-detached house on the edge of a small market town

We have three bedrooms upstairs , one with a double bed , one with two single beds and the other one has a cabin bed . Downstairs we have a front sitting room which has a sofa bed . There is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs . To the back of the house is an open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room and off of this is a conservatory .
The garden is SW facing ,with a lawned area , vegetable patch , patio's to the back and the side . Parking is on the drive
It is a quiet road with the countryside just behind us .

About the location

Ottery St. Mary is a small market town . It is on The River Otter , where recently beavers have been found living . There is a lovely flat walk along by the river to the village of Tipton St. John .It is a 15 minute drive to the seaside town of Sidmouth and 25 minute drive to the seaside at Exmouth . There are country walks form our house , down to the river or up onto East Hill , where there are far reaching views over East Devon .
