BEDROOMS: We can provide x 2 double bedrooms (1 x Kingsize and 1 x ensuite with large sofa bed ) and x 1 twin children's bedroom ( 1 x single bed and 1 x child bed to age 5). If required we could move the childbed and put in another single.
BATHROOMS: x 1 family bathroom with separate walk-in shower, x 1 ensuite shower and WC in loft bedroom. WCs on each floor (x3).
KITCHEN: Refitted with all new appliances and cabinets just 2 years ago.
PARKING: On street parking. Visitor permits by arrangement in advance (£1.50 per weekday)
OTHER FACILITIES: SKY TV, Wifi, Large Gas BBQ.
About the location
Our home is situated in the family-oriented Queens Park area of London, right in the heart of the popular Salusbury Road with its wide choice of shopping and dining facilities, numerous transport links offering easy access in and out of central London coupled with the green open spaces of Queens Park.
The park itself is less than 5-minutes walk away and contains tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, a pétanque pitch, an ornamental garden, a huge children's playground with paddling pool (May to September), a small petting zoo and an excellent café.
We are less than a 2-minute walk to Queens Park tube station, meaning you can close the front door and be shopping on Oxford Street or in your West End theatre seat within 20 minutes. For anyone visiting London - mini-break or longer - our location couldn't be more convenient.
