Clifford House

Built in 2013, this modern stylish family home is fitted with all the conveniences you need, from luxury furnishings, ensuite, Neff kitchen appliances, WiFi, double LUG, air conditioning, TV/DVD, CD, etc. We had this home built to our specifications and is a real pleasure to live in. Our side deck overlooks one of the biggest parks on the northside and has cricket field/soccer field, BBQ`s, children`s play equipment, exercise equipment. Most of these are not too close to the house, so you can enjoy them without invasion of privacy from park goers.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT EXPECT YOUR HOME TO BE MODERN LIKE OURS, WE ARE SIMPLY INTERESTED IN A SWAP TO EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT CITIES AND PEOPLE.

This is a special place for us and we hope you can care for it as we do. Of course, we`ll do the same at your place.

About the location

Only 10 kilometres from the city central, close to train (800m) and also a bus takes you to Chermside Westfield Shopping Centre (over 200 shops) where you can catch express bus to city. Shopping centres all within 3 km radius and easy access to south coast (Gold Coast) and northern beaches (Sunshine Coast, including Noosa).

We also have a house on Bribie Island (50 minutes north of our home), which is reachable via bridge. This is the only island on the east coast of Australia with a bridge so you can get there by car - or by bus. It`s a great 3 bedroom beach house - listed as an extra property on this site. So, either house can be made available to you.
