Lush Apartment in Leafy East Dulwich, London

My cosy 2 bed apartment in London is well positioned for trips around the UK as well as enjoying the bustling centre of London in addition to the more gentile, lush residential areas. Located in one of the most desirable areas in London it has public transport a-plenty as well as ample unrestricted parking outside my home (almost unheard of in London nowadays!). It has a moderate lounge, small kitchen (with all mod cons from a dishwasher, to juicer, to fridge and freezer etc). There is a good sized Master bedroom with built in wardrobes and Kingsize Bed and a large single room that currently houses a cotbed (suitable up to the age of 3-4 but this can be removed). The lounge also has a large comfortable, good quality pull-out double sofabed. The bathroom is large with a shower and bath. There is also a secure inside storage space at the back that can be used to store suitcases/bikes etc. Cleaner attends once a week. You will also have access to car seats/bikes/pushchairs/books/kids toys etc if you wish.

As I've lived in South London for many years I also have friends/neighbours who are amenable to offering help and tips to make the most of London. Im open to swaps around the world.

About the location

London needs no introduction- there is SO much to do- timeout.com is the best place to see an overall guide of what's happening and when. Locally to the apartment is everything you could need from coffee shops, boutiques and locally sourced food to the gym, pottery classes and baby karate (the last one I recently discovered!).

East Dulwich

East Dulwich is a quintessential London village. It stands out as an oasis in south east London and its bustling fashionable vibe has caused property prices to increase almost to the highs of neighbouring Dulwich Village. Its distinctive character of organic food shops, lively bars and good restaurants make it very appealing for all.

Transport

Trains from East Dulwich take 14 minutes to London Bridge
North Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations are also close by
Frequent buses serving Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge
