Our house has four bedrooms, two reception rooms and a large kitchen/diner. We also have a pretty south west facing garden with two decked areas.

We live between two parks, close to local amenities and shops. The city centre and sea front are easily accessible on foot, bicycles or local transport. Preston Park mainline railway station is nearby with a regular service into central London and beyond. Brighton has an eclectic mix of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and is widely known for its varied and lively arts scene. Popular attractions include the Brighton Pavilion, Pier and beautiful South Downs national park. Gatwick airport is around 30 minutes drive or 20 minutes on the train.
