Very spacious townhouse with a nice view over water and a park. This beautifully located house has many notable extras such as a luxurious spa bathroom with Steam Cabin (Turkish Bath) with starry sky and music system, a Jacuzzi with light therapy and an extra bathroom in the backyard with Finnish sauna and massage shower, a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms, garden and a sunny roof terrace. Our comfortable house has a groundfloor and two more floors. Its only a 2 minutes walk to the park and lake with a sandy beach and 300 mtr to supermarket and some restaurants (also takeaway). We have a sweet semi outdoor cat that only needs some dry food. He sleeps most of the time. If you have any pet we will take good care of them too.
About the location
A green and very safe area. Park/lake/beach at 150 meter. The towncentre with a big shopping mall, and many restaurants, bars, cinema etc. is only 5 minutes away. The centre of Amsterdam can be reached within 20 minutes by train or car.
