The master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor while the remainder of the house is mainly open plan. the second bedroom has a en suite shower room. there is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. Satellite tv and broadband.

There is ample private parking.

Although just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and High Street the house is in a very quiet location.

About the location

Worcestershire is a pretty country area with acres of woodland,canals and the majestic Malvern Hills as a backdrop to the City. The River Severn flows through the city.

For music lovers it is the birthplace of Edward Elgar (his close relative Mary Elgar lived in this house) and within easy distance of the birthplace of Vaughan -Williams and links to Holst and Howells.

The 1000 year old cathedral where King John is buried is home to the internationally famous Three Choirs Festival.

Worcester is a small city full of quaint streets and attractive shops.Yet Birmingham is within easy reach by car and train as are Gloucester, Hereford,the Wye Valley and Wales. We must not forget as well that Stratford on Avon and Warwick Castle are within an hours drive.
