Barley House Nailsworth Gloucestershire home swap

Barley House is the part of the building in the pictures with bright blue paintwork. It is in the old centre of the small Cotswold town of Nailsworth. It is over two hundred years old, built from Cotswold stone, semi detached. It was completely restored about ten years ago so has modern plumbing and electrics, is warm cosy and comfortable. There is a garden with a lawn and patio, it is overlooked by neighbours. There is parking for one or two cars, we can leave a car for visitors use. The house has four floors so there are a lot of stairs. There is a kitchen/dining room, sitting room, lower ground floor sitting room, utility room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a down stairs toilet. There is a little traffic at the front of the house at rush hour but it is relatively quiet for a town centre.
