Family Home in the Country home swap

Our house is detached and is in a cul-de-sac. It is in a quiet village, a mile from Hebden Bridge (the 4th funkiest town in the world!)
Our house is new-ish (15 years) and everything works, but it is not fancy, just a family home with a master bedroom with ensuite family bathroom and a downstairs loo. There is a dining room and a conservatory.
If you come to stay it will be as clean as we can make it.
We have nice neighbours and a friend who does cleaning if you want her to.
Our kids are two teenagers and a nine year-old and their books and toys would be here. Also we have baby toys and could put up a cot if you wanted.

About the location

We can see fields out the front and our back garden has tall trees all around so it is very private. We can go for a walk from our front door and in ten minutes we have seen sheep, cows, chickens and pigs. The pigs live at the local pub but are not for making into sandwiches. The pub does however do nice food.

It is rural but with a great small town nearby, with lots of coffee shops and independent shops, a canal, canal trips, lovely old buildings. There's a converted mill with an archimedes screw that powers the building. Leeds and Manchester are within an hours journey by train and car.

The village is served by two buses an hour and is a brisk 20 minute walk from Hebden Bridge.
