Lovely, large flat in Trastevere

130 square metre apartment in a 1900 building in the heart of old Trastevere. Spacious, welcoming (I hope) and well equipped.
Being on the top floor and having double-glazing means it is quiet despite its central location. Trastevere is a great area in itself – historic, quirky and full of restaurants and bars right outside the door – as well as being within easy walking distance of all major monuments (Campo di Fiori, St. Peter's, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna etc.). Two double and one single bedroom/study. All usual amenities including new 50" TV, Sky and Netflix, wi-fi, dishwasher, microwave and air conditioning in master bedroom.

About the location

Trastevere is a great area, historic, quirky and full of restaurants and bars, although I don't live in the noisiest part around Santa Maria, which can get too crowded at weekends and in the summer. I am within easy walking distance of all major monuments (Campo di Fiori, St. Peter's, Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna etc.), but there is also a tram which takes you to Piazza Venezia and lots of buses, if you don't like walking.
