Canal side detached house on the edge of small Pennine village.

Our house was built in the 1970`s and has been modernised since then. There is a large garden with picnic table and patio areas. The garden extends down to the canal where you can watch narrow boats passing through the lock gate.

There is a large well equipped dining kitchen, comfortable lounge and conservatory overlooking the garden. Also on the ground floor we have a double bedroom and bathroom, also a garage/ utility room. Altogether there are four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and a small single bedroom.

The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and dressing room. There is also an additional shower room and a family bathroom downstairs.

We have Sky television, DVD player and a good selection of films and lots of books.
