The house is comfortable and on three floors with living room and kitchen on ground floor with cloakroom, large double bedroom and en suite bathroom on first floor, and double bedroom with en suite shower room on top floor. Also settee/sofa bed on landing/office area on top floor. It has a small attractive patio at the rear.

Woodbridge is in the centre of an attractive and popular area on the coast of East Anglia with many attractions. It is a popular sailing and cycling area with forests , coastline and many historical attractions.
