House in the South Coast of England in pretty Emsworth

Our house is a 2 bed/2bath +study house with a garden and allotment; on the border of Sussex and Hampshire.
Downstairs we have a brand new kitchen with all mod-cons (dishwasher, washer-dryer), sitting room and a downstairs loo.
Upstairs we have the master bedroom with en-suite shower room; family bathroom; a guest bedroom with sofabed and a small study.
We also have a garden and an allotment nearby, a garage and parking space and an automatic car you could use if you wish (you need to sort out your insurance).

About the location

We are in the South East of England on the border of Sussex and Hampshire on the coast. Emsworth is a pretty fishing village in Chichester Harbour with many activities offered from birdwatching to boat trips: http://www.conservancy.co.uk

You can also do paddle boarding, windsurfing and kitesurfing nearby.

We are also on the doorstep of the South Downs National Park and the South Downs Way and there are many beaches nearby.
There are so many attractions close by, it's hard to list them all:

Chichester's famous cathedral and Portsmouth Dockyard are both only 15 minutes away; Central London can be reached in 1.5h by train.

Brighton, Bournemouth are only an hour away and within 2 hours you can visit Bath, Stonehenge, Bristol, the Isle of Wight.
