Ground floor; kitchen open onto living area (45m2). Upstairs 3 bedrooms bathroom, shower, loo, play area, additional double bed in the mezzanine. Outside; sheltered/shady lounge/smokers area. terrace, Intex 10'Splashpool, small chalet (very comfy) at bottom of garden with additional double bed. Family house- Family friendly.
