Lovely 4 Bed home in Cardiff, Wales

Our house is situated in Whitchurch, an outer suburb of Cardiff and four miles from the city centre. Cardiff is a vibrant, friendly and attractive city with plenty of interesting and exciting things on offer.

Further afield (1-1 1/4 hour's drive) is stunning physical scenery, for example the Gower Peninsula, with its many beaches, including Rhossili Bay (described recently by TripAdvisor users as the UK's number one beach and the 9th best in the world!) and The Brecon Beacons National Park. London is only two hours away by train.

There are several airports nearby (Cardiff and Bristol), which are 1/2 hour and 1 1/2 hours drive away respectively, while Heathrow Airport is 3 hours away by public transport.

Our home is situated in a quiet street with minimal traffic. It is a 1930s semi-detached house and retains many of its original features. It is on three floors and has a pleasant garden that attracts the sun. Downstairs contains a lounge, dining room, utility room and a kitchen, while there are three double bedrooms on the first floor and a further double bedroom on the second floor.
