Lovely 4 Bed home in Yellow springs, USA

This home of ours is in Yellow Springs Ohio. It is a little village which is a great place to live. Friendly helpful neighbors, artisan town, and there are two state parks nearby which is great for walking/hiking. Gorgeous view!!! One is the Glen Helen and the other is the John Bryan State Park.

There is a lot if nature and charm in this village, and there is plenty of sightseeing or places of interest. More details if you guys wanna chat.

We take great care of this house, and we just had new carpet installed. There is no shoes or smoking allowed in the house. There is an owners suite comprised of a bedroom, a private bathroom and a tv room/lounge. And the others are regular sized bedroom. There is also a guest bathroom and well as a toilet on the ground floor for guests.

There is a huge living room, a library, a study and a dining room. We will remove private properties before the exchange but furnitures will of course be left here.

The kitchen is also recently renovated and had three warming drawers, two Ovens, eight gas cookers, and a sunken sink. We have attached a picture of appliances that we can leave for exchange parties as long as they are well taken care of/cleaned while we are gone.

The garage hold three cars if we tidy the place up. :p well, now it holds one.

Living space is 4000sq ft, 1 acre backyard with a swimming pool that needs to be repaired.
