Grade 2 listed building - Cricklade home swap

81 High Street is a Grade 2 listed building origins 1670s on a pretty High Street in a conservation area close to the Thames. We moved here in February 2016. With full listed building planning permission we have had the house professionally renovated, extended to include kitchen/living area 2 new shower rooms and landing loo. The house is very well insulated with underfloor heating in the new areas and new radiators and electrics in the old part of the house.
The kitchen is open plan and very easy to use, fully fitted with modern Neff appliances and Fisher Paykel drawer dishwashers, it looks over the large private back garden which offers plenty of sunny seating areas. There is a double height ground floor wet room which also houses the washing machine
The original part of the house has a living room with Clearview woodburner and a spacious dinning room which can seat 8. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with a large ensuite and the second with loo and basin opposite. On the second floor there is an office space with adjustable height desk which overlooks the garden and a double bedroom -currently with a single bed which overlooks the street.
