Our 3rd floor condo has a 180 degree view of the beach for miles. 2 bathrooms (tub with shower & walk-in large shower), modern American kitchen, automatic central electric a/c and heat, king size master bed, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, 47" flat panel tv with cable (150 ch) and DVD player, 26long balcony parallel to the beach, 1100private beach front(beach is fine sand with gentle slope), washer & dryer & dishwasher in condo, local phone, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors & windows in living room & master bedroom. Listen to the surf and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. Watch the cruise ships, surfers and kite surfers. Bug free ocean breezes make comfortable summer days. This is our very clean & bright second home.

Our Royale Towers complex includes: elevators, tennis courts, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, boccie ball court, outdoor shower at beach gate, bus stop at end of entrance driveway.

Close by: 2 parks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, rentals(cars, mini cars, bikes, surf boards, etc.)., boats ( cruise liners, fishing, tour), hospital, doctors, dentists, "world famous" Ron Jon beach shop. Area is level, good for walking or biking on beach, sidewalk & local streets.
