Just on the outskirts of Norwich - 20 minutes drive or bus to city 45 minutes from many beautiful coastlines/ beaches/ famous Norfolk broads; some beautiful historic houses & grounds within 30 minutes; plenty for children crabbing at Blakeney Point/ boat trips to see the seals/ plenty of adventure parks/ norwich castle/Norman cathedral. Norwich is a beautiful city with an abundance of museums, churches shops & caf�s/restaurants.

Our property is a real family house with a swimming pool, large garden, table tennis room & plenty of space.

Our youngest child has some mobility issues so there are some help rails around the place & a disabled access bathroom.

There is a large drive so parking is easy and we have easy access to all routes & there is a regular bus route to Norwich & to the coast.

Our house has 4 double bedrooms and a child's large room with 2 single beds. We have 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms large patio area & conservatory housing the table tennis table!
We have a large modern kitchen/dining room.

Taverham is a quiet biggish village on the outskirts of Norwich
Has a few shops but very good access to city & the whole of North Norfolk
Norwich is less than a 2 hour train journey from Central London
Norwich has theatres restaurants art galleries a castle, beautiful cathedral and plenty to do for everyone
Venturing north there are an abundance of beautiful coastline & beaches within 40 minutes as well as beautiful villages & historic buildings
