Lovely 3 Bed home in North Walsham, England

We are located 6 miles from the nearest beach and 8 miles from the Norfolk Broads. There is a train station within a 5 min walk that can take you to Norwich (20 mins) and on to London(2.5 hrs).

The property is a detached bungalow within a quiet town locality. We have a cleaner who comes in for 2 hrs each week to do a general clean.

Bedroom1 has a 5ft bed, bedroom2 has a 4ft bed, bedroom3 is a study with a single bed, 2 computers and 2 printers. We also have a double blow-up mattress which could be used in this room.
We have two small dogs and we are willing to discuss pet care if you are prepared to offer this as part of the exchange. This is not a requirement of exchange on this property.

The town is within an area of outstanding natural beauty, popular with bird watchers, sailors and walkers.
