Georgian terraced house

Georgian, stone terraced house located 2 mins walk from Truro Cathedral and the town centre.

The house is comfortable with Cathedral views and a large open-plan kitchen/dining room with an Aga. It accommodates at least 6 people - there are 2 double beds as well as a double sofa-bed. In addition there are 3 large sofas (2 in the sitting room, 1 in the study), that could offer extra sleeping if necessary. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Outside at the front there is a sunny terrace with a table, chairs and bbq. At the back of the house there is small courtyard garden and parking space.

About the location

Nearby are lovely walks and short drives to the beaches and coastal walks on both the North and South coast of Cornwall. There are train connections to St. Ives and ferry to Falmouth. Road and rail links from Truro are good (London, Paddington is 5 hours). Newquay airport is 10 miles away. The Isles of Scilly are well worth visiting. The beautiful Fal river is within walking distance from the house.

Truro has a Farmers market, cinema, restaurants, museum, library, pubs, theatre and excellent shops. In addition to its stunning natural beauty, Cornwall is full of art and culture, particularly in the summer months.
