Our detached house was completely renovated last year and has outstanding views of the beautiful Northumberland coast. We have 4 double bedrooms and a light and airy kitchen diner with views of the sea and bifolding doors in 2 rooms on to a private patio.
The house has underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. The master bedroom has a juliet balcony looking out to the coast over fields. The garden is landscaped and private with many sitting areas with views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
You can walk out of the door for miles on the coastal path but we are also 5 minutes drive from a main line east coast rail. It is an hour to Edinburgh (where Peter commutes daily) and 20 mins train journey from Newcastle. We are 20 mins drive from the Northumberland National Park and 2 hours from the Lake District and the North Yorks National Park. We are a 5 min drive from the historic market town of Alnwick home of Alnwick Garden and Castle.
