Our Flat is a retro modern one bedroom, with a lovely big sunny lounge and garden.
The kitchen has recently been refitted and now includes a Dishwasher and Wok burner.

Gurnard - our local beach! Cowes, Pebbles. Compton, rural sandy, great body surf too. Take a Picnic. Ryde - sandy, old victorian resort. Totland, pebbles, lovely for the best sunset in the world! Ventnor, shingle, beautiful! Old vicrorian resort. Steephill Cove, nr Ventnor. Little known fishermans cove, great for a crab sandwich.
Sandown / Shanklin both sandy with a sea walk to promanade between the two.
Alum Bay, a long walk down, no toilets, but stunning clear cold water. Pebbles - Take a Picnic!

There are so many more, but these are the main beaches.


Top of our list has to be :
The Bonchurch Inn, Bonchurch, near Ventnor, great beer and wine, a lovely little italian with a sunny courtyard. Try the lasagne!

The Woodvale, Gurnard - Our local Pub - Good food, the 16oz rump is great for sharing. Sunsets are amazing!

The Pier View, Cowes, great food, the chilli nachos are lovely!

The Anchor, Cowes, Good Live music Thurday, Friday and Saturday nights.
The Buddle Inn, Niton has good food, and has live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Puckpool Park tea rooms, they are licenced, and they do the best pizza!

Olivios - Newport or Ryde - Italian Restaurant.

The Water Front - Totland Bay - Great for a drink to watch the sun set!

The George - Newport - Good pub food, Nice sunny beer garden, Lovely fire in winter.

We require pet care for our cats, Nobby, Tilly and Bubz. They just have a mixture of dry and wet cat food morning and evening, and fresh water every day. If you decide to go away for a few days, friends and family can care for them.
