Lovely 3 Bed home in Taupo, New Zealand

Amazing lake Taupo , New Zealand.

Our house is 2 storey , with the living up stairs so we can look out over the beautiful lake Taupo! Taupo is the largest fresh water lake in the North Island new Zealand, and is crystal clear.

It is only a 20 mt ( 5mins) walk to the beach down a shared walkway, can?t get much closer than that.

Taupo is one of New Zealand's top tourist destinations there is so much to do and see in Taupo.

You can walk along the beach from the house, walk or cycle on the walkway along side the Lake in town, swim in the Lake, water ski, wakeboard, windsurf, or even hire a kiteboard and try that for the day.

Taupo is one of the world's top fishing destinations, go trout fishing in Lake Taupo or in one of the rivers around Taupo.

Feeling like you need a thrill, Taupo has Tandem Skydiving, Bungy Jumping and Jet boat rides on the Waikato river.
Other activities include, Golf, there are 4 x golf courses in Taupo ; indoor rock wall climbing ; wire rope course ; mini putt golf, heated swimming pools; Mineral Hot pools ; Mountain Biking ; Hiking.

There are many restaurants and cafes in Taupo to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Taupo is around an hour from the Tongariro Crossing, which is in the World Heritage National Park, and is now one of the most popular hikes in New Zealand, also many people climb Mt Ruapapehu ( I even have ) just absolutely awesome views from the top.
