3 bed detached Clifton Green, pleasant 10 min walk into city/Bootham Bar. Our home offers spacious and practical living accommodation for couples or families. We have two reception rooms, a conservatory and a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs: master bedroom with kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, bedroom with single bed and pull out bed( can be put together for 6 foot wide bed or positioned elsewhere in room) and 1 single. There is also a large, modern bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Air conditioning in lounge. Virgin media TIVO box with 150Mb broadband / Wi-fi. Also Apple Tv, Now TV box with Sky movies included
AirPlay speakers in living room and 2 bedrooms.
2nd lounge/study with kids facilities including: Xbox 360, Nintendo wiiU, Apple Mac and lots of board games, cuddly toys etc. including Yamaha Digital Piano

About the location

Our home benefits from a brilliant location in the leafy area of Clifton Green with it's shops and village green and is just 10 mins walk to the city walls of York (via the riverside walk if preferred). The Homestead Park (2 mins walk) is brilliant for young children with it's adventure playgrounds and open spaces. There are also tennis courts and sports facilities close by.

Positioned just off a main route into the city, all the delights of historic York are within easy walking distance. Museums and places of historic interest include: Jorvik Viking Museum, The Yorkshire Museum, National Railway Museum and The Shambles (winner of Google's Most Picturesque Street in Britain). You can also walk the City Walls, take a cruise along the River Ouse and visit the renowned York Minster.
