A lovely Victorian townhouse over 4 floors in a conservation area in central Brighton, just 5 mins walk down into the bustling city with its myriad quirky shops and restaurants and famous lanes.

Sea views from all floors, this is a spacious house with a big open-plan kitchen/breakfast room and pretty flint-walled garden. Large through-reception room with two open fireplaces and a little office and boot room all on the same floor. We have four bedrooms, one with a superking-sized bed which connects through a door to bedroom
2, that is currently a nursery with a cot and toys suitable for babies and toddlers. On the floor above Bedroom 3 has two singles for two of our boys who are 6 and 4. The fourth bedroom is an office-cum-spare room with a double bed. We have two bathrooms, one on each floor and with a shower (top floor) and a bath (first floor).

Short walk to the beach, 10 min drive to beautiful Sussex Downs and country pubs or 50 mins on train to London for day trips.

This is a fab house for seeing Brighton and enjoying all it has to offer from one of the city's most sought after areas. Close to a great park for kids too with a lovely cafe to while away the hours. We love our house and would look after yours as our own. Happy to answer any Qs.

About the location

From our house you can do whatever grabs you. A short stroll down the hill on the left into town, straight down to the beach or left to the parks and into lovely Hove. Brighton has become a sophisticated, cosmopolitan city in recent years attracting some of the best restaurants and theatre and designer shops yet still retaining its quirky independent feel with dozens of original cafes, shops and eateries. It's fun for all ages and literally has something to offer everyone. We're also a short stroll from the station if a day trip by train - to London, Chichester, Arundel, Hastings, Eastbourne etc - appeals.
