Close to the popular beaches of Forster and Blueys, the famous Hunter Valley wineries or Barrington Tops nature reserve and less than 3 hours up the freeway from Sydney.

Our 170 acres is home to a quiet herd of Black Angus cattle cared for by a neighboring manager. There is a running creek, several dams on the property, many kangaroos, maybe even a koala and birdlife whose songs will wake you every morning.

The house (a converted barn) sits on a hilltop approached by a 500 metre tree lined driveway. It boasts 115 sqm of internal living area with more than 60sqm of covered patios. The main level offers queen bed, bathroom, modern kitchen and dining area all opening out to a verandah in the morning sun. The main living room opens through a folding glass wall to another patio with even more spectacular views of sunsets. Adjoining is a workshop housing a lovely gypsy wagon very popular with grandchildren. Upstairs another queen bed, bathroom and living area with 2 sleeper settees.

All up you can sleep 6 people in comfort (more if you use the gypsy wagon) and all living areas have ceiling fans and are air conditioned.
The home is wonderfully quiet and peaceful but not isolated.
