Lovely 4 Bed home in Leffond, Champlitte, France
Our holiday home in Leffond, Franche Comte is a renovated French farmhouse dating from mid 19th century. It is in the centre of a pretty village with the River Salon running along the bottom of the garden.
The village is extremely quiet; the house and garden a real haven of peace. Car essential for trips into Champlitte for provisions etc and trips to Burgundy vineyards. Dijon is an hour to the south west and Beaune approx 15 mins beyond. TGV links to Paris from Dijon.
The House, upstairs, has three double bedrooms and one further bedroom with twin beds and a futon, one large bathroom with separate toilet and a further shower room with toilet. Downstairs are the living areas,toilet and kitchen. Large dining patio.
Swimming Pool in the garden. Plenty of books to read. We hardly ever leave the terrace when we are there.
