Comfortable family home in lovely residential neighborhood, walking distance to lakes, rivers, tennis courts and parks/bike paths, also near to public transit, shopping, recreation centre with public pool, library, skating and movie theatres. close proximity to skiing, Banff National Park in the Rockies with gondola and hotsprings.

In the city there is also a ski hill as well as horse back riding, the zoo, heritage park, a science centre, galleries/museums/theatre and a large amusement park (Calaway Park).

We have four bicycles available and would be willing to car swap.

Our home can accommodate 6 with three bedrooms upstairs, one in the basement, four bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, front living room, tv room with fireplace and basement level with another tv/play room and pool table room in addition to the bathroom and spare bedroom. We also have central heating and air conditioning.
