Queensferry, famous for its three bridges, is a tourist destination. The town has a surprising number of bars, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques as well as two supermarkets, and a small swimming pool.

Queensferry is a great base from which to explore Fife's beautiful towns and beaches as well as the countryside of West Lothian, Perth and Kinross - or even further! Local walks can be enjoyed in the neighbouring country estates of Hopetoun and Dalmeny House.

For families with young children, Deep Sea World Aquarium, soft play centres, and other pools are short drive away.

Edinburgh is ten miles away, and is easily accessed by frequent bus and train services as well as by car. If you would enjoy Edinburgh Festival/Fringe action, our home is available the first two weeks of August!
