Small, old one bedroom flat on the "segundo" floor (i.e three flights of narrow, poorly lit stairs - no lift). Two single beds in one room. Fabulously located for the beach, metro, market. (The "no small children" is because it would be an ordeal to try to get a pushchair up the stairs - children from about 5 years of age are welcome!)
