Barn Cottage

We live on the outskirts of a beautiful village between Truro and Falmouth, only 1 mile from the Fal Estuary with its stunning sailing, kayaking and walking and a 15 minute drive from both the surfing north and stretches of sandy south coast beaches.

The cottage is detached and has a lovely kitchen/diner,with an Aga, large table and a sofa, a large sitting room with log burner, 4 bedrooms- superking with en-suite, dbl with 1 single plus single pull out under bed, dbl with two singles and 1 single room. There would be room for extra camping mattress if needed. There is a family bathroom, en-suite and downstairs clkroom/utilty.

We have a very huge garden with sandpit, swings, decked area off the kitchen and plenty of room for running around or sitting quietly with a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunsets we have!

We have an extended family including three kune kune pigs, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs, a cat and two dogs. The dogs either come with us or have their own little holiday away. The others are quite self sufficient, only needing top ups of water and a handfull of treats - but if not your thing with have someone who will pop in.

About the location

There is a village shop/post office and a pub with a restaurant 1/2 a mile from the cottage.

The Truro to Falmouth train line is only a short walk away.
