15th century cottage in semi rural location. Characterful with beamed ceilings and log burner (plenty of wood) at the end of a lane.

Lovely village with coffee shop, restaurants & local shop. It is a short distance from Guildford with a station in the village and good train links to London. Brighton and the beaches are only an hour drive away.

Walks through fields from the front door, and to the local National Trust property. RHS Wisley close by.

The cottage has a decent living area with two double bedrooms a large double driveway and small garden.
