Relaxed living - ours is a modest but very comfortable home that draws the sun all times of the year. It is thoroughly insulated and we have 3kWh of solar power generated on the roof.
We have what we call a "NZ bush garden" which means that maintenance is done with slasher and chainsaw. About once a year. But a pocket vege garden is available for enthusiasts.
Dishwasher, clothes washer and drier and the usual range of kitchen bits and pieces.
Two computer and (NZ speed!) broadband, etc

Subaru Forester T2.5 1998, or Vitz (Yaris) 2004), both with relatively low kms.
Under-cover parking for both cars. But notice our caravan in the driveway on Google street view!
