Lovely 2 Bed home in Los Nietos, Spain

Our home is in a small Spanish fishing village, very near to beaches on the mar menor, we have local restaurants, small supermarkets, doctors surgery, bank. A short drive to various beaches and villages with good bars and restaurants and very near La Manga club with tennis and golf. Many good golf courses within a short drive. Our home has 3 beds 2 baths but we will close the 3rd bedroom so two beds will be available. The third bedroom is accessed from the rear and will be closed which leaves the other two on the ground floor. We have cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer. Satellite tv, wireless internet. Alarm system, back and front outside space and large solarium on upper floor, with views of the sea and mountains. There is also a local train which travels from our village into Cartagena. We have a small dog called Pepe which can stay if you do not mind looking after him, or we can make arrangements for him to go to friends.
