We have three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms each with wood burning stoves, a lovely dining kitchen with french windows opening onto a small paddock of land at the rear of the house- which is fully enclosed- the land and gardens amount to 2 acres and there is parking for 3-4 cars.

We have very good WiFi access to our broadband.

About the location

Our three bedroomed newly refurbished home is in a small village on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park. The nearest resaurants,shops etc are in Leek (5 mins by car) and Buxton (20 mins by car). This is fabulous walking country - within a few minutes drive are Dovedale, Manifold Valley and the Goyt Valley to name a few- we will leave our guests details of all the best walking areas, from gentle derbyshire strolls along rivers to the dramatic landscape of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Close by are Chatsworth, Hartington, Bakewell and Ashbourne- and if you have older children Alton Towers as also very close.
