Lovely 2 Bed home in Temuka, New Zealand

Light, airy hilltop home. 4 years old. Warm and well-built. Simple garden so little maintenance. Ride-on lawnmower for the "garden" part of the 5 acre property. Occasionally, neighbouring farmers put their sheep in the paddock, to act as mowers. We are growing a few fruit trees at the far end. Big raised boxes for growing vegetables or flowers, whatever suits the sitter.

One affectionate 2 year old, neutered, female cat who could be boarded in a cattery for short periods if the sitter/exchanger wanted to go away.

Nearest town is 10 kms away. Nearest city about 30 kms. The big cities of Christchurch and Dunedin about 2 and 3 hours respectively. Mt Cook 2 hours and Tekapo 1 hour.
