Lovely 3 Bed home in Wanaka, New Zealand

We have a modern and comfortable house in the beautiful southern lakes district of the south island of New Zealand. This home is available for non-simultaneous exchange anytime of the year with planning.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Every month in Wanaka is special. It is a small tourist town beside a lovely lake, surrounded by mountains. There are endless activities for everyone. Wanaka has a permanent population of about 7000, this swells in the winter for skiing and in the summer for water activities and Christmas and New Year activities. From our home one can walk anywhere in a short time. The lake and town are fifteen minutes walk away. The hotels and restaurants are the same distance. It is a charming and friendly town and the scenery in every direction for as far as you dare to venture is breathtaking. Driving is easy in NZ, on the left hand side with very little traffic (there are no traffic lights in Wanaka!) in our southern area.
