Lovely 3 Bed home in Hernando, USA
90 west of Orlando, 90 miles north of Tampa and 20 miles from Gulf of Mexico where you can swim with the manatees. Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens', Lowry Park Zoo, Big Cat Rescue, The Florida Aquarium, great restaurants all a little under an hour and a half away.
All up-to-date equipment and toys: dw, w/d, wi-fi fiber, 55" TV, gas cooking, separate mstr area and guest king/full b area, pond in front, solar heated pool and gas heated hot tub in back off large covered lanai. Tankless, on demend hot water, full house generator and solar electric for the house when it's sunny. Wish we could be off the grid but not yet.
A car is necessary - no public transportation. We will most likely have ours with us however, this can be discussed. 90 miles north of Tampa-90 miles west of Orlando. Lots of good eating in Ocala half and hour west. Gainesville is an hour north.
In Citrus Hills among trees and quiet neighborhood.
