Lovely 3 Bed home in Kendal, England

Our house is a second home in a small lively town on the edge of the Lake District National Park, with a variety of good shopping facilities, an arts centre and art gallery. There are regular bus services to all parts of the Lake District as well as a train service to Windermere.

The property itself was built in the 1890s and is in the centre of a small residential area near the River Kent and within very easy walking distance of the town. There are three floors with a lounge/conservatory, kitchen /diner, bathroom and lobby on ground level; two bedrooms and shower room with toilet on the first floor and a large attic room on the second floor. There are two small patio areas to the side and rear of the house.
