Our house has magnificent views over Wellington's South Coast from a hillside of the popular city suburb Island Bay. It's a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and many other shops, and a further 10 minutes to Island Bay beach. A 15-minute drive into Wellington's city centre for shopping, museums, art galleries, and the beautiful waterfront.
The house has a huge living room with a data projector/screen for home cinema, many shelves of books and a desktop imac! There's a large kitchen with dishwasher drawers, as well as separate dining. Three large bedrooms, 2 separate toilets, a deck for barbecues, and a double garage with a spacious car for potential car swap. Please note that, typically for Wellington homes, there is a "walkup" of several flights of steps so no disabled access.
