My three bedroom townhouse is a great base from which to explore Ottawa, Canada`s Capital city and surrounding area. Main floor living room, dining room and newly renovated eat-in kitchen; basement powder room, 3 bedrooms and renovated full bath upstairs. Beds for 2 to 4 people but could arrange something for up to 6 if needed. Lovely fenced garden with patio and flowers.
Great bus service to downtown or walk to the Rideau Canal Hogs Back Lock and shops. And exploring Ottawa - walk along or boat on our 7 km long canal (or skate during Winterlude in February), Tulip Festival in May, Gatineau Park for hiking and outings, tour the Parliament Buildings, shop in the Market area at outdoor stalls or simply sit at a cafe enjoying the day. The National Art Gallery is a beautiful building and houses wonderful art collections and special exhibits. Local theatre and historic small towns within an hours drive. Great skiing is just a short drive away if you are winter person. And Montreal is 1 1/2 hours drive and about 4 1/2 hours to Toronto.
