We are a retired couple and have completed many successful exchanges. Occasionally our adult son may be with us. Our attractive home is welcoming both inside and out. There are two living areas, the casual living area overlooks the back garden, whilst the formal lounge/dining leads onto a lovely tiled outdoor patio which allows for outside dining/entertainment needs. The kitchen has granite bench tops and stainless appliances. There are beautiful gardens to the side and rear of the home. The main bedroom has an ensuite and there is a larger bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

We are 15 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise and many other lovely beaches are 10/15 mins drive away also. Local shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk. Major shopping is a 5 minute drive. The train station is 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes drive to the M1 Motorway, 30 minutes drive to the scenic Gold Coast hinterland.

We also have a two bedroom flat available in the suburb of Broadbeach. The flat is well maintained and spacious and in a great location being about 200m away from a patrolled surf beach(the beaches here are at their best in April/May) and about the same distance to the popular Broadbeach restaurant precinct. Major Gold Coast attractions like the Star casino and Pacific Fair shopping centre are less than 1km away and the Gold Coast light rail station is a 5 minute walk, allowing rail access to most of the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
