Although Tamarin is a tranquil fishing village, there are many activities in the area such as fishing local and deep-sea, diving, glass bottom boat tours, kite surfing, golf, dolphin watching, quad biking and walking with lions in the local adventure park. Nearby there is a variety of restaurants; creole, chinese, indian, european and seafood. There is also good shopping and a gym/spa in the area.
