Our home is 9 years old and is part of an attractive small estate set in a countryside location in suburban Edinburgh. Only a short bus ride into the city centre or a 35 minute walk.
We have beautiful countryside walks on our doorstep and a wealth of historical sites. There are good local facilities within walking distance: such as 3 large supermarkets, international sports centre, a pub and restaurant
Edinburgh is an excellent base for exploring the rest of Scotland as well as being named as one of the top 10 cities in the world to visit. Excellent tourist facilities including art galleries, museums, the castle and numerous bars and restaurants.
St. Andrews, the famous home of golf is nearby.
