Lovely 3 Bed home swap in Sutton Coldfield, England

We live in Sutton Coldfield, a small town about 6 miles north of Birmingham with its many museums,galleries and theatres. Sutton Coldfield is famous for it's 2400 acre historical park which attracts many visitors. Our house is detached and has all the usual amenities. We feel it is a warm, comfortable and welcoming home.
Local shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. The station with a frequent service into Birmingham is about an 8 minute walk and local buses are at the end of the road. The town iself is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride. Birmingham International airport is about 25mins away. We are ideally situated for easy access to many parts of the country and there are many interesting places to visit locally.
