Four/five bedroom family home in quiet, green corner of Woking, 25 minutes by train from Central London

Our comfortable family home is in the Surrey town of Woking, near Guildford and only 25 minutes by direct train to central London. An ideal location to explore London and the South East of England, Woking is a mid-size town with all amenities for families and great transport links. The town has shops and restaurants, a great swimming pool, park and library and plenty to keep kids amused nearby. We are 10 minutes drive to Guildford, the historic county town of Surrey, which has outdoor and indoor swimming pools, an ice-rink, climbing walls and a bowling alley.

Close to the M25 and A3, we are an easy drive from the South East`s tourist attractions including Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Ascot, the North Downs, the South Coast and Oxford. Gatwick and Heathrow airports are close by. There is beautiful open country within walking distance, which offers excellent walking and several golf courses.

Our home is a four-bedroom detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac only 5 minutes drive from down-town Woking and the train station. There is a park 2 minutes walk away with a kids playground and a duck pond. We have a large back garden with sand-pit, swings, slide, trampoline and a large south-facing patio.

Downstairs we have a large lounge, a kitchen/ diner, playroom/den and cloakroom. Also we have a study with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs we have a family bathroom, three single bedrooms and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Our Toyota Aygo car could be used, as could our bikes.

We enjoyed successful exchanges in the summers of 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2016.
